Swimwear purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, only if the item has not been worn, the hygiene sticker is still attached, and all original tags and packaging are intact. We are unable to accept returns of swimwear that has been worn, tried on, or shows any signs of use — even within the 14-day return period.

Swimwear purchased in-store cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines and for hygiene reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Clothing items (excluding swimwear) purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the item is unworn, in new condition, and returned with original tags and packaging. Refunds are issued for the item only and do not include shipping costs. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact us before sending anything back.

For in-store purchases of clothing, returns or exchanges are allowed within two business days from the date of purchase, provided the item has not been worn and is in perfect condition with all original tags. A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the item's price or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may apply, in line with Israeli consumer protection law.

Please note: Due to the hand-dyed nature of certain garments, slight variations in color, wash, or print placement may occur from piece to piece. Items made from printed fabrics may also look different from the images on the website, depending on how the pattern is cut. In addition, fabric color — especially in washed styles — may fade over time with sun exposure, saltwater, or extended wear. These differences are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for return or exchange.
